A 90th birthday celebration was recently held for Lois Whiting of Whitehall. Family and friends from Michigan, South Carolina and California were in attendance to honor her. Lois is a graduate of Jackson Business University, Jackson, Michigan and retired from Consumers Power Company. She was married 50 years to the late Leland Whiting. She has three children, five grandchildren, and eight (soon to be 9) great grandchildren.
